As a contractor for ESB you will be in control of your schedule. You select what dates you want to operate and what events you want to do.

You will not be an employee of ESB but an independent contractor operating an independent business of your own.

ESB will provide you with training and support to help ensure your success however your personal ability to interact well with others, and the number and type of events you do will determine how profitable you are as a contractor for ESB
